Quotes & booking
Prices shown on this site are starting prices and may vary based on your specific requirements. A quote becomes a confirmed booking once a deposit has been paid and, where provided, a signed booking agreement is in place. Full terms for your specific booking are set out in that agreement.
Revisions included in your quote
Every quote includes a set number of revision rounds on the final edit, so you can request changes before it's locked in. Further rounds beyond this are available and will be quoted separately.

Deposits & payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking date and is non-refundable but transferable to a new date once, subject to availability. The remaining balance is due as agreed at booking — either on the day or before final delivery.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice, the full balance remains payable. If we need to cancel or reschedule on our side (e.g. illness or an emergency), you'll be offered a full refund of all monies paid or a free reschedule to a mutually convenient date.
Copyright & usage
We retain copyright of all images and footage produced. You're granted a license to use delivered files as agreed at booking (personal use for personal shoots; the agreed channels and scope for commercial work). Files may not be resold or used commercially beyond what's agreed without written permission. We may also use work from your shoot for our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing before the shoot.
Delivery
Edited files are delivered within the turnaround period agreed at booking. Delivery timelines can vary with season and workload — we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.
Liability
We take all reasonable care in delivering our services but aren't liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including equipment failure, illness, weather, or venue/third-party restrictions) that limit or prevent coverage. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the total fees paid for the booking in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
