When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, phone number (if given), the type of shoot you're enquiring about, your preferred date, budget range, and any message you include.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss and plan your shoot, manage your booking, and — once a booking is confirmed — to send you a confirmation email with relevant details for the day. We only contact you about the enquiry or booking you've made with us.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given via the checkbox on our enquiry form) and, once you book with us, to fulfil our agreement with you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do use trusted service providers to run this site and deliver our service:

• Resend — to deliver enquiry and booking confirmation emails
• Vercel — website hosting, file storage for photos/videos, and privacy-friendly analytics
• Neon — secure database hosting for enquiry and booking records

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver our service, meet any legal or accounting obligations, and maintain a record of past clients. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics, plus a simple internal page-view counter) to understand overall site usage. Neither sets cookies, stores your IP address, or tracks you individually or across other websites — just an aggregate count of page loads over time.
